Statement of information regarding article 13 of European Regulation679/2016

Data storageYour personal data, to be handled for the above-mentioned reasons, will be stored for the duration of thecontract and, subsequently, for the usual ten year limitation period as well as the period of time in whichthe Data controller is subject to obligations of storage for tax or other purposes prescribed by law orregulations. In the event of litigation, the data will be stored until the end of the case.
Communication of dataYour personal data can be communicated to:
1. consultants, accountants or lawyers who perform services related to the purposes mentionedabove;
2. banks and insurance companies which perform services related to the purposes mentioned above;
3. individuals who compile data related to specific legal requirements;
4. judiciary or administrative authorities, in order to meet legal requirements.
Profiling and dissemination of dataYour personal data is not subject to dissemination or any entirely automatic processing, including profiling.
Rights of the interested partyAmong your rights as recognised by the GDPR are:
• to ask the Data controller for access to your personal data and other information related to this; toask for the correction of incorrect data or the completion of incomplete data; the cancellation ofpersonal data regarding you (when one of the conditions in article 17, section 1 of the GDPR isrecognised and in compliance with the exceptions outlined in section 3 of the same article); thelimitation of the processing of your data in the event of one of the hypotheses indicated in article18, section 1 of the GDPR);
• in the hypothesis that the judicial basis of data processing is consent, and this is granted usingautomatic means, to request and obtain from the Data controller your personal data in a structuredand legible format from an automatic device, including for the purpose of communicating this datato another data controller (known as the right to portability of personal data);
• to oppose at any time the processing of your personal data in the event of particular situationsregarding you;
• to retract your consent at any time, limited to the hypothesis that data processing is based on yourconsent for one or more specific purposes and regarding common personal data (for example, dateand place of birth, or place of residence), or particular categories of data (for example, that revealyour ethnicity, political opinions, religious convictions, state of health or sexuality). However,processing based on consent and carried out prior to the retraction of consent remains legitimate;
• to make a complaint to a supervisory authority (Autorità Garante per la protezione dei datipersonali – www.garanteprivacy.it).
